  • Yes we do!

    By tradition, weddings are usually held in one location and the reception afterward is in another location. Although this type of wedding does work for many couples, there are numerous advantages to holding your wedding and reception all in one spot. Known as an on-site wedding, these celebrations are simpler, cheaper and easier for the spouses-to-be and their guests.

  • 75 guests seated inside and this includes the Bride and Groom.

    We also have several outdoor hardscapes that can accommodate your guests.

  • To reserve your date, we ask that you send an email to blackcreekridge.com saying you are ready to book your specific date if it is still available. You may want to consider requesting a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable.

    Prior to booking your date, we recommend coming out to the farm to tour the venue. Click here to book a tour. You can also do a Facetime tour if that is more convenient.

    An in-person tour is not required prior to booking a date.

  • We respectfully ask that you make an appointment for a tour we want to give you our full, undivided attention, and provide full access to the farm.

  • For the Wedding, Reception and Flowers, the average can range from $3,900- $5,000

  • No minimums.

    Some venues have minimums because they make a commission from the caterer based on how much you spend on food and beverages.

    We have chosen NOT to make a commission because we want your options to be within your budget.

    These are some of our favorites, however, you can choose any caterer you like.

  • There are several lodging options with-in a 5 mile radius of the farm. There are several hotels, Vrbo, & Airbnb options.

  • If you have scheduled an outdoor wedding and the weather is not cooperating, we can move your ceremony indoors.

  • Access to the venue and the Carriage House is 10 AM.

Booking FAQs

  • Once you sign your contract, we require a 50% payment to hold your date. The remainder is due 4 weeks before your event.

  • We accept cash, check, credit card, and Venmo.

    If you use a credit card or Venmo we charge an additional 4% because that is what they charge us to use their platform.

Catering FAQs

  • You may choose any caterer you like or you can bring your own prepared food. You may use the range for warming purposes only. All food must be prepared before arrival to the venue.

  • You choose the caterer you want to use and work directly with them.

  • There are no minimums.

Planning FAQs

  • Music concludes at 11 PM.

    Bar service is wrapped up by 10:30 PM

  • You may call us to make those arrangements. If we have an event prior to your event, or if we are doing a farm hosted event, you will not be able to drop your items off.

  • Yes!

  • Two weeks before your event.

  • You can set up 3 hours before your event starts.

    Clean up: All personal and decor items must be removed the day of your event.

    We ask that the venue be left in good order. We’ll remove all the trash and recycling.
